Leadership development

Coaching cards & training manual

In 2021 we have co-created a great training methodology and card deck that you can use in coaching of leadership skills for youth and other target groups. The card deck comes with an explanation and different ways to use it. The cards are grouped in the following topics:

  • Connecting with emotions
  • Finding direction
  • Mapping strengths
  • Thinking in systems

In the leadership training manual you will find theoretical background information about (youth) leadership and exercises that you can use in your coaching or trainings. Because the development of the manual and card deck was funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union, we can offer you this manual completely free of charge. Just fill out your name and email address and we will send the manual and cards in PDF format to you.

The card deck and manual were designed for youth leadership, but can easily be applied to other areas.

Training Manual

In 2018 we have created a trainer manual which will help you to design trainings that teach youth (and others) to develop entrepreneurial skills. This training manual is unique in the sense that it includes systemic, narrative and business constellations elements. Because the development of this manual was funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union, we can offer you this manual completely free of charge. Resilience for trainers

Resilience App

We have created an app for trainers, team coaches, youth workers and others that work with groups. The app will help you to create more resilience, so you can deal with uncertain moments in the group. It is a fun app, with background information, tests, challenges and a resilience guide.

The app is not yet available in the Apple App Store or Google Play, but we have created an online platform with the same functionality that is available for you.

Tools for bridging the gap between corporate culture and young professionals

Bridging the gap

We are currently working on developing a NEW SPIRIT conceptual handbook, a training programme, and toolkit for trainers working with young professionals and managers. 

With these tools we provide a way to bridge the gap between generations, cultures, and underlying patterns. This way companies can benefit from the new spirit these young professionals bring and the young professionals can benefit from a supporting environment.
