Bridging the gap between young professionals & management
New Spirit
How to provide for improved understanding and interaction between company managers and young adult employees via new work styles
Grant no KA210-ADU-000082843 October 2022 - April 2024
In this project, we want to assist managers and young professionals in bridging the generation gap. This way companies can benefit from the new spirit that these young adults bring and the young adults can grow and develop in a supporting environment.
For this we will develop the following products for trainers that work with young professionals and managers:
- NEW SPIRIT Conceptual Handbook
- NEW SPIRIT Training Programme & Toolbox on how to establish effective NEW SPIRIT cooperation and set up successful communication between young adult learners and company managers.

APPROACH
How to Apply Practical and Successful Work Styles in Training Situations.
Grant no KA204-7890E123 October 2020 - July 2022
The goal of this project is to extend and develop the competences of educators and other personnel who support adult learners. Besides that we focus on improving teaching methods and tools through effective use of innovative solutions and digital technologies. Particular attention will be given to actions that allow to better deal with inclusion and diversity, including cultural and linguistic, through the use of more diverse and more adapted teaching, training and youth work styles.
In the trainer's manual trainers will get to know different approaches to managing multicultural groups of adult learners and how to embed them in adult education context.
Linked to the manual, a resilience app will be developed based on the principles of micro-learning for presenting the theory and action based learning with regard to practical learning tasks. In this course trainers will have the opportunity to engage in a self-paced process of learning how to approach diverse learners in an effective manner.

Active Youth Participation through Empowered Leadership
Grant no KA205-D5449F10 - February 2020 - January 2022
The goal of this project is to provide youth workers with the resources to empower youth leaders. This way the youth leaders can be more effective in influencing the policy making process on a local, national and eventually EU level.
In the training methodology we have integrated training methodologies that are applied in various learning environments (e.g. corporate trainings in business intuition and coaching, teachers’ trainings, adult leadership development programs) and adapt them to the needs of youth leaders.
The leadership coaching cards add a playful dimension to the methodology and integrate self awareness and system awareness components.
With the policy recommendations we take the best practices from the different partner countries on how to give youth leaders a voice in policy making.

Self-Awareness and Entrepreneurship of Youth in Risk

The goal of this project is to provide youth workers and trainers with state of the art methods to support young people to increase their self-awareness and develop entrepreneurial skills.
The Evaluation Methodology helps youth workers to assess the current situation of the youngster. The Training Methodology is designed for youth workers to expand and upskill their training portfolio in the field of self-awareness and entrepreneurship education methods. The methodology is based on three world known methods: stone composition work or dialogical self-theory, business constellations and narrative approach.
